What you will do

The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for developing new concepts and approaches for advertising and promotional plans, monitoring brand strategy implementation, analyzing key performance indicators and financial reports, overseeing market research and test market activities, and establishing partnerships with various enterprises. As the Specialist, you will guide the work of advertising agencies and build key customer relationships for market development and enhanced competitive market share:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative strategic portfolio strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Lead digital strategy and responsible for digital content & media development
  • Work with media team / smkt team / sales team / external agencies to provide end-to-end digital communication.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
  • Manage marketing budget spending by setting clear objectives and review mechanism, initiate adjustment on allocation to achieve higher effectiveness
  • Evaluate and implement improvements for expediting new and existing products and programs

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management or related field
  • Bachelor's degree (or above) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing activities (IMC campaign & social seeding)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to conduct advanced sales and competitive analysis
