你会做什么

What will you do 

The Assistant CBI Manager will be responsible for positioning insights and data driven decision making at the heart of our Kenvue Way. Working closely with commercial partners, you will provide impartial support and recommendations as a trusted business partner to both local and global stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of added value consumers, shoppers and analytical insights supporting better business decision and improving commercial efficiency. In your role, you will work in an end-to-end intelligence squad with technical and business expertise and build up your own impact on business results by delivering high-quality insights, ensuring the adequacy of plans and optimizing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business partnership approach to ensure business intelligence impact positively on key indicators (market share, sales growth, TDP, etc.).
  • Drive the reporting structure and frequency, as well as organizational capability to understand and execute based on insights across China markets.
  • Lead regular and ad-hoc consumer research projects to ensure the delivery of consumer understanding and perception towards brand and market.
  • Optimize business and consumer data intelligence and usage for empowering cross-functional market knowledge.
  • Providing category forecast and insights for multi business planning cycles.
  • Excellent agency management and communication to proactively fuel Kenvue internal organization with abundant and timely market trends and dynamics.
  • Synergy with region/global/BDT CBI and be the ambassador to learn and share the local cases.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of business analysis or consumer research experience in FMCG companies or leading marketing agencies.
  • Solid skill in analyzing and interpreting business data and consumer data into insights and recommendations.
  • Experience in consumer research, social listening or shopper study projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and able to provide new agile ways to gather insights in an actionable way.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Fluent language skills in both English and Mandarin
  • University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven track record to deliver outstanding results to deadline.
  • Has a can-do demeanor with strong ability to influence senor stakeholders and work collaboratively.
