你会做什么

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales and meet targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies and solutions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Establish sales plan and specific project plan to drive sales growth(including JBP/TTT meeting, Seasonal in plan, Promotion Activity, O2O plan)
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts, POS/Inventory reports to track progress
  • Lead the development and execution of promotions to increase growth both offline & O2O
  • Prepare formal proposals and lead negotiations about contracts and agreements
  • Identify opportunities for field sales to secure sales by providing necessary support and resources
  • Contributor management for Sell-out target & achievement/ TP fee/ Inventory & logistics
