你会做什么

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales and meet targets as an Assistant Key Account Manager
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations to key stakeholders to communicate product updates and drive business objectives
  • Lead the development and execution of promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share
  • Collaborate with key decision makers for new and established accounts to define, design, and implement sales strategies
  • Act as primary contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct presentations to customer executives and decision makers to showcase product features and benefits
  • Prepare formal proposals and lead negotiations to secure sales contracts and agreements
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Establish sales plan and specific project plan for key accounts to drive sales growth
  • Analyze customer business opportunities and threats to design strategic plans for maximizing sales
  • Coordinate and perform economic and competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends
  • Identify opportunities for field sales force to secure sales by providing necessary support and resources

Required Qualifications

  • University/Bachelors Degree
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in key account management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving sales growth
  • Experience in selling products to National/Key Accounts within a prescribed territory or region
  • Published one or more sales proposals or contracts in a professional setting
  • Experience with sales forecasting and reporting to track sales performance

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Knowledge of sales planning and project management for key accounts
  • Strong analytical skills for analyzing customer business opportunities and threats
