你会做什么

Tylenol Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, conducting market research, and evaluating sales and marketing activities to grow business and market share:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business growth strategy and gain cross-functional alignment including regional MKT, RA, Finance, etc. to develop innovative and achievable business plans
  • Develop longer term growth plan including brand portfolio strategy
  • Analyze key performance indicators and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct in-depth sales and competitive analysis to drive business growth
  • Drive market intelligence gathering process to uncover new opportunities
  • Develop full year marketing plan to strengthen brand equity
  • Design advanced communication and media plan based on deep consumer insight and media behaviors
  • Develop campaign brief, eco-system, consumer advertising, and marketing programs via systematic assessment of market trends, unmet consumer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Flawless execution of IMC and marketing campaign with agile mindset
  • Evaluate effectiveness of marketing activity and diagnose on ROI to identify potential areas for improvement
  • Develop and execute HCP engagement plan
  • Support innovation projects
  • Conduct consumer/market research to find new opportunity areas and assess the size of prize
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic initiatives 
  • Manage and respond to brand-related issues in a timely and effective manner to ensure brand consistency and protect brand reputation.
  • Manage brand budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and above with relative brand management experiences
  • 7+ years of Pharmaceutical or FMCG marketing experience (Pharma industry experience is preferred; not a must)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing brand campaigns and driving brand growth
  • HCP Communication and utilizing medical reference experience is preferred
  • Demand forecasting & P&L management experience
  • Strategic thinking & analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Consumer-centric & agile mindset
  • Cross-functional communication and project management skills with internal (i.e., enabling teams) and external stakeholders (i.e., regional MKT/agencies)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver brand messaging to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Korean fluently
