The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive advertising and promotional plans, monitoring brand strategy implementation, and analyzing market and sales data. You will oversee agency collaborations, conduct market research, and build key partnerships to drive market development and forecast demand for your assigned brand:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with target audiences, align with market trends, and elevate market presence.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with discovery, development, marketing, and other teams to innovate brand messaging, visual identity, and identify new market opportunities, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Analyze emerging market trends, consumer insights, sales data, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt brand positioning and inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with product development, marketing, and advertising agencies to create and oversee compelling campaigns, product and packaging design, promotional activities, and trade shows that amplify brand storytelling.
Design, implement, and evaluate market research and test marketing initiatives to validate product concepts and marketing approaches.
Define and refine product criteria and characteristics, actively participating in the screening, prioritization, and continuous improvement of product lines and marketing programs to enhance market penetration and competitive positioning.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including medical societies, opinion leaders, and customers to support market development and brand equity.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize brand performance metrics and key performance indicators using data-driven insights and financial reports to recommend actionable improvements.
Develop accurate sales forecasts and contribute to sales planning processes for assigned brands.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Administration, or a related field.
4 to 6 years of progressive hands-on experience in brand management or related marketing roles.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Strong project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate brand strategies and engage stakeholders.
