What You Will Do 

The position will be responsible for supporting New Product Development (NPD) and Innovation projects across EMEA/APAC regions, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support NPD and Innovation projects for EMEA/APAC and help progress the Everyday Care Together Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program.
  • will work closely with program leads, and procurement owners to drive key initiatives.
  • Prepares and negotiate subcontract specifications, work statement, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized material, equipment, and services.
  • Prepares and analyze complex bid packages and uses decision-making tools/models, including financial and non-financial criteria, to facilitate award recommendations.
  • Conducts comprehensive supplier analysis (strategic direction, financial due diligence, market position, power within industry.
  • Analyze and assimilate data to make recommendations in support of the company business goals for critical sourcing and procurement decisions.
  • Ensures data accuracy.
  • Executes supplier contracts and agreements where appropriate.
  • Administers purchase orders/scheduling agreement within systems.
  • Administers bidding and supplier selection process.
  • Leads contract negotiations and contract finalization as authorized by manager.
  • Interacts with suppliers to ensure supplier's performance meets or exceeds company standards for quality, timeliness, cost, inventory reduction, and lean manufacturing.
  • Recommend changes and enhancements to systems and processes and actively collaborate with others to improve efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or Pharmacy.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in New product development and Innovation projects, Supplier Relationship management, procurement & sourcing, contract negotiations.
  • Fluent English – extensive daily use of the language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Using analytical tools to assess costs, risks, and business impact of supplier proposals.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, as part of a team, with strong communication skills to interact with
  • managers, business partners, and suppliers.

Desired Qualifications

  • Should have experience in FMCG/Consumer healthcare.
  • Strong ability to manage deadlines, assess and communicate risk.
  • Technologically savvy, stakeholder focus; flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business.
  • Leadership & collaboration skills.
