What You Will Do
The CCH Analayst is responsible for managing LATAM markets and ensuring the balances are correct.
Key Responsibilities
- Process owner (Subject Matter Expert) for cash and bank accounting processes - be the independent “go to” person
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of daily cash management for PH affiliates, including analyzing cash balances and forecasts, manage payment operational processes.
- Responsible for cash generation forecast in close cooperation with Global Treasury team
- Perform regular review and control over bank access rights
- Ensure payment processes meet all compliance requirements, sustain effective controls in compliance with SOX, WWPs, US GAAP, Local GAAP/IFRS and other legal requirements, related to payments
- Support with audit requests, reparation of the information for both external and internal audits
- Proactively take ownership for personal development, ensuring a positive work life balance
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting
- Atleast 1 year experience in finance reporting and/or general accounting and/or intercompany
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Knowledgeable in using accounting systems – SAP preferred but not required
- Willing to be on night shift schedule
- Attention to details and compliance to standards
