Job Description:

Kenvue is recruiting for a Team Lead to support its Deductions Operations & Resolution Team. As a team lead, you will coordinate and support daily operations and help drive process optimization while ensuring adherence to compliance and performance standards.

What You Will Do

Leadership and People Management:

  • Provide direction, guidance and support to the core team, serving as a key point of escalation when needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring service levels are met and exceeded

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Help execute against key KPIs and targets
  • Support enterprise technology implementation and deployment
  • Ensure all processes are compliant with internal and external audit requirements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Services) and lead governance forums to address root causes and track performance
  • Process Automation: Performance manage automation, identify performance issues through root cause and corrective action analysis to maintain and improve automation effectiveness.  Use process, customer and performance knowledge to identify automation performance enhancements.

Deductions/Dispute Management Oversight

  • End to End Deductions Ownership:
    • Ensure completion of activities and volume by the team and in line with SLA
  • Analytic Led Decision Making:
    • Drive insights through deduction pattern analysis, return/credit trends, threshold based write offs, and workload prioritization to reduce leakage and improve recovery
  • Root cause analysis and deduction resolution
  • Reporting & Analytics, customer deduction pattern and returns analytics
  • Ensure completion of monthly threshold write off

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant Finance experience, preferably with exposure across Disputes/Deductions Management and/or AR Reporting
  • Experience working in shared services or a global business services environment.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work individually and in a team-oriented environment.
  • A can-do attitude and ability to work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Professional designations such as MBA, CPA, or CMA or working towards the designation would be an advantage but not required
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of automation tools and technology used in financial operations.
