The Deliver Finance Supervisor will provide direct financial leadership to the Deliver LATAM Operations. This individual will be responsible for Outbound and Inbound costs (+USD100MM USD/year), providing forecasts, reports and analytics to the Deliver team, including senior leaders. They will develop and drive both short-and long-term supply chain strategies and support financial and operational benchmarking across the region.

The Supervisor must directly and indirectly guide decision-making among all levels of management, using fact-based data and metrics which place an emphasis on long-term value creation. The individual must follow the financial environment to identify trends, opportunities and challenges while developing trust-based relationships across the Deliver and Supply Chain organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborating with Deliver LATAM business partners to influence and shape business decisions that support the short and long-term goals of our organization.

· Providing financial leadership, support and advice that address risks, opportunities and service level improvement.

· Responsible for leading the financial planning processes for Outbound and Inbound costs. Review Deliver forecasts and ensure alignment and clear communication across the Finance organization (including Regional FP&A and Global SC FP&A). Preparing and presenting forecast updates for Leadership Reviews.

· Partnering with business leaders to deliver financial commitments. To ensure continuous monitoring of the business’ annual budget to ensure cost-effective management and accuracy.

· Coordinate and ensure governance of cost improvement projects related to the Deliver LATAM budget.

· Providing clarity and drivers behind Deliver cost. Conduct cost analyses and develop ad hoc analyses. Focus on cost reduction opportunities.

· Lead and influence process improvements and digital transformation in Deliver Finance LATAM activities and reports.

· Developing talent for the finance organization. Ensure a strong performance management process that aligns individual objectives with business metrics and connects performance with career progression.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Administration, Economics or Engineering

Experience and Skills:

Required:

· Minimum 6 years of work experience in Finance is required

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Leadership skills

· Advanced level in English / Intermediate level in Spanish

· Ability to deal with competing priorities and complex issues

· Ability to work autonomously, while keeping other team members informed as appropriate

·

Other:

· Experience with Business Partner, Cost or PNL

· Experience with systems: SAP and Power BI

· This position will be based in São Jose Dos Campos.
