What You Will Do 

The Digital Product Manager  is accountable for end‑to‑end ownership of one or more digital products or platforms, from strategy and roadmap definition through delivery, adoption, and value realization. This role partners closely with global business leaders, technology teams, and GCC delivery teams to ensure products solve real business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

This is a manager‑level role requiring strong product leadership, stakeholder management, and execution rigor in a highly matrixed, global environment, consistent with Manager roles in GCC Tech & Data organizations.


Job Description

Product owners are not just proxies for the business-unit leader to manage the project. They need to be empowered to make product decisions. Product owners can often be the hardest job on an agile team, and those who do it typically require vision, value focus, decisiveness and product management knowledge to be successful.

Location: Bangalore, India (GCC)
 

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap aligned to business priorities and enterprise digital strategy.
  • Translate business problems into clear product outcomes, epics, and success metrics.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for product value, scope, and prioritization.

Delivery & Execution

  • Lead end‑to‑end product delivery using Agile / hybrid delivery models.
  • Partner with engineering, data, UX, architecture, and platform teams to ensure on‑time, high‑quality releases.
  • Balance speed, quality, scalability, and risk, making trade‑offs when required.

Stakeholder & Business Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted product partner to global business stakeholders across regions (NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
  • Drive structured intake, prioritization, and governance for new product demands.
  • Communicate product status, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders.

Value Realization & Adoption

  • Define and track KPIs and value metrics (e.g., efficiency, cost savings, revenue enablement, risk reduction).
  • Drive adoption, change management, and continuous improvement post‑launch.
  • Ensure products transition smoothly from build to BAU operations.

People & Capability Leadership

  • Provide functional leadership to product owners, analysts, or delivery partners (direct or matrixed).
  • Coach teams on product mindset, Agile ways of working, and outcome‑driven delivery.
  • Contribute to capability building within the GCC digital product community.

Required Qualifications

  • 11–15 years of total experience, with Hands on Exp in digital product management or equivalent roles.
  • Proven experience owning enterprise‑scale digital products or platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / SAFe product delivery practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in highly matrixed, global environments.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer, supply chain, commercial, finance, sustainability, or operations domains.
  • Prior experience working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
  • Exposure to data & analytics platforms, AI/ML‑enabled products, or enterprise systems.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders (Director / VP level).
