This position reports into eCommerce Team Leader and is based at Mexico City.

What you will do
The eCommerce KAM is responsible of developing Pure Players accounts, building and executing the common strategy between Kenvue and the customer, ensuring profitable growth:
Key Responsibilities
- Building the strategy of specific eRetailers
- Negotiation of JBP plans with clients and day-to-day execution of commercial actions and visibility aligned with customer and marketing strategies
- Management of promotional investment (CIW) maximizing key customer capabilities
- Alignment of priorities for media investment (BME)
- Execution of Digital Exclusive Activations and Digital JVCs
- Ensure execution of online perfect stores in their customers and make recommendations for content development according to Pure Players Capabilities
- Execution of customer & channel main capabilities and monitoring of ROI and other key metrics of activations
- Monthly monitoring of targets with customers and report Results
- Direct selling responsibilities: Order monitoring, shipments, inventory planning, etc.
- Alignment with global and regional teams for Customer strategies and Best practice sharing.
- Advisory for Modern teams in the construction of eCommerce plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Finance or similar.
- 5 years of experience working in eCommerce, Sales or trade marketing
- Stock planning & management
