This position reports to the R&D Deployment Manager Oral Care, and is based at Pomezia

What you will do
The R&D Oral Care Deployment Scientist is responsible for conducting research, planning and conducting experiments, analyzing results, and providing solutions to problems of moderate complexity:
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and experiments to develop innovative oral care products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in oral care science
- Lead scientific discussions and present findings to stakeholders
- Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure product efficacy and safety
- Conduct cutting-edge research in the field of oral care science, utilizing advanced methodologies and techniques
- Lead the development of innovative scientific concepts and technologies to drive product advancement
- Ensure the highest quality standards in project execution, from design to data analysis and reporting, while adhering to regulatory guidelines
- Analyze complex data sets and situations to generate creative and impactful solutions
- Contribute significantly to the scientific community through publications and presentations at national conferences
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a research or product development role
- Strong knowledge of oral care ingredients and formulations
- Proficiency in cGMPs, statistical analysis software, and data documentation systems
- Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with formulation lab and pilot-scale equipment set-up and operation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with a focus on technical writing
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and influence others positive
