Role reports to: Senior Manager – Deliver Data
Location: India
Travel %: 10%
What you will do
As Lead, Deliver Data Assets, you will lead the data strategy to drive effective Deliver and logistics operations.
You will work with cross-functional teams to deploy data assets and data products, ensuring their data quality and readiness for powering digital solutions, data science, and new insights for global teams.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute Deliver domain data strategy to accelerate the Kenvue digital transformation.
Build data assets in support of digital products, reporting and analytics solutions, and data science models.
Lead hands-on data sourcing, harmonization, and curation for the Deliver data domain on a global level.
Implement data governance ensuring high quality data is created right the first time and appropriately managed throughout the entire data lifecycle.
Partner with the global and regional Deliver teams to translate business requirements into clean data asset architecture.
Own documentation and continued maintenance of the functional specification of the data assets and associated data standards for each data attribute.
Partner with Data Quality team to implement a robust data quality monitoring framework, aligned with global Data standards
Participate in data governance activities, partnering with regional and functional teams to drive data quality.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
At least 8 years of business experience in supply chain, especially related to Deliver and logistics operations.
Hands-on experience with relevant data domains, including data from 3rd Party Logistics, Supply Chain Master data etc.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as Business Operations, Data Management, and IT.
Proficiency in analyzing data, segmentation, rationalizing, defining, tracing lineage and ensuring it is fit for purpose and ready for usage.
Experience defining data management strategy and associated operational standards (e.g., Data Lifecycle Management, Data Quality Standards).
Experience with SQL, PBI and ETL processes between different systems.
Experience with data modeling and data analysis techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to courageously challenge the status quo, influence, and inspire changes to business processes and systems
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to communicate effectively in business and technical terms with equal effectiveness
Curious mind with an ability to quickly learn new functions, technologies, and processes
Desired Qualifications
Masters or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Supply Chain or Operations Management, Computer Science, Data Engineering, etc.)
Professional certifications such as CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) or DGSP (Data Governance and Stewardship Professional)
Experience with Microsoft Cloud suite (e.g., Azure, Databricks)
Background in Agile methodologies, particularly experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
