We are looking for young spirits ready to take on the mission as a Marketing Intern for our Baby Care franchise.
Your Mission:
Crack the algorithm. Create scroll-stopping content that sparks aspiration and drives purchase intent through high-quality, relevant, and inspiring stories.
If TikTok is your second language, and you can spot trends before they go viral — this role’s made for you.
🎬What You’ll Do
Be our go-to person for TikTok content — from ideation to execution.
Spot what’s trending, what’s flopping, and what’s about to blow up.
Develop content strategy that feels native, not forced.
Create storylines, scripts, and concepts that hook people fast.
Shoot and edit videos or photos that make people stop scrolling.
Dive into content analysis to see what works — and make it work even better.
The 2026 Kenvue Internship Program is a six-month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, analytical, creative and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training & development, coaching and mentorship.
This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) assignment offered both during the Spring (January 2026 – June 2026) or Fall (July 2026 – December 2026)
