What you will do
The Marketing Strategy Development Lead is responsible for leading the development of marketing strategies, partnering with various units to develop consistent operational and technical plans, and overseeing the implementation and monitoring of strategic objectives to drive business growth and alignment. You will also lead marketing operational activities to ensure the team runs efficiently, and provide guidance to your team to ensure successful execution of the company’s strategic initiatives:
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design and execution of innovative marketing and business strategies that anticipate market trends, consumer behaviors, and environmental externalities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights with creative marketing initiatives and strategic business plans, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Innovate and refine multi-channel campaign frameworks and business plans that maximize ROI, support market entry, and foster brand loyalty and engagement.
- Mentor and develop emerging marketing and business talents, cultivating a culture of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and senior management to align marketing strategies and strategic business objectives with overarching business goals and growth plans.
- Utilize advanced analytics, emerging technologies, and innovative business tools to continuously optimize marketing performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Drive the integration, execution, and monitoring of strategic objectives, including the management of budgets, strategic alliances, and progress reporting to ensure timely alignment and fiscal responsibility.
- Lead marketing operation team to maintain and improve marketing workflows, ensuring smooth daily operations.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in strategic marketing or business planning roles, demonstrating increasing leadership responsibilities.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with a strong focus on execution and results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise between internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated capability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
