This position reports into MarTech Activation Lead India and is based in the Mumbai (Hybrid).

Role reports to: MarTech Activation Lead (IT Manager) - India

Location: Mumbai, India

Travel %: 10%

What you will do
The MarTech Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the effective use of our Marketing Technology platforms to enhance consumer and healthcare professional experiences. You will play a key role in supporting the activation and operational excellence of MarTech platforms across the region. You will assist in project coordination, onboarding and training of users, reporting and analysis, and day-to-day operations of marketing technology tools. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in marketing technology and a passion for enabling teams through process, data, and tools.

Global MarTech capabilities in the portfolio that this role will learn and support: Including but not limited to Brand websites on Digital Experience Platform (DxP), MMM (Marketing Mixed Modelling Analytics), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Resource Management (MRM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM), Customer Data Platform (CDP), Digital Health products etc.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Support

  • Assist in coordinating MarTech-related projects, including tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation.
  • Requirement gathering and asset preparation for new initiatives.
  • Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.

User Onboarding & Training

  • Support onboarding of new users to MarTech platforms such as CMS, CRM, DAM, MRM, and CDP.
  • Deliver training sessions and assist in adapting training materials to local needs.
  • Provide first-level support during hypercare periods post-launch.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate regular reports on platform usage, adoption metrics, and user engagement.
  • Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the creation of dashboards and visualizations for stakeholder presentations.

Operational Support

  • Monitor day-to-day operations of MarTech platforms, Marketing Mixed Modelling analytics solutions and escalate issues as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining user documentation, FAQs, and best practice guides.
  • Collaborate with super users and capability leads to ensure smooth operations.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for end-users, helping them navigate tools and processes.
  • Support requirements collation and analysis on initiatives, support testing & feedback collection.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Digital Business or Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or MarTech support roles (client and/or agency experience).
  • Strong growth mindset and demonstrated learning agility to learn new technologies and the business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with MarTech products and data analysis tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS platforms, DAM, MRM, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Preferred

  • Experience in a FMCG, Digital, Ecommerce domain or Media agency environment.
  • Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
