Type of role: Hybrid

Duration: 6 months

What you will do

As an R&D Deployment Oral Care Intern, you will support the development and reformulation of cosmetic products, primarily focused on the Listerine brand. You’ll gain hands-on experience in laboratory activities, formulation, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to innovation, compliance, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical expertise in product design/formulation and manufacturing process
• Execute laboratories activities, for example: reformulation test and learn, sample productions (both screening and GMP samples), support on stability studies, sensory testing.
• Participate in GMP batch manufacturing and documentation in accordance with GxP/GDP standards.
• Collaborate with scientists and project leaders to support project execution and technical documentation.
• Technical support on investigation and CAPA
• Data collection and analysis 
• Contribute to claims support and demo creation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in placing orders and organizing shipments of samples and materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in R&D, formulation, and consumer health products.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory practices and safety standards.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong passion for science, technology, innovation and problem solving
• Intermediate English (B1-B2 level).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
