Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in ServiceNow to facilitate Agile delivery, foster high-performing teams, and drive successful implementation of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM). The ideal candidate will coach teams on Agile best practices, remove impediments, and ensure continuous improvement in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams working on ServiceNow projects.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to manage backlogs and ensure timely delivery.
- Remove impediments and protect teams from external distractions to enable high productivity.
- Promote Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Track and report key metrics such as velocity, sprint burn-down, and team performance.
- Support ServiceNow platform delivery by understanding workflows, configurations, and integrations.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify and escalate risks and dependencies proactively.
Required Qualifications:
- Total IT Exp with minimum 4 Years and 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT or enterprise application projects.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation, delivery, or administration.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and SDLC practices.
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Experience in ITSM or HRSD or ITOM, or related ServiceNow modules is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or System Administrator certification.
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum of Scrums).
- Experience in platform delivery and governance processes.
