Senior Brand Manager (m/f/d) OTC (nicorette/Imodium/Dolormin/Olynth)
This position reports to the Marketing Manager OTC Germany and is based in Neuss, Germany.

What you will do
Join our team as Senior Brand Manager OTC! In this role, you will be leading marketing strategy and activation of a few of our iconic OTC brands such as nicorette, Imodium, Dolormin and/or Olynth in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing strategy and activation for one or multiple OTC brands in key market Germany
- Partner closely with the Media team to deliver best-in-class media strategies and activation plans
- Translate global/regional brand strategies into impactful local market plans, leveraging consumer insights, market data, and retailer intelligence
- Drive BTL and retail activation in close collaboration with Trade Marketing, including assortment, promotions, merchandising, shopper activation, and in-store visibility
- Optimize pricing and promotional ROI in partnership with the Commercial Excellence team
- Collaborate with Sales & Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy to ensure OTIF delivery
- Foster strong collaboration with Central European Marketing Hub Team, Trade Marketing & Sales teams
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 2-3 (Junior) Brand Managers
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Above-average university degree in business/economics with a focus on marketing
- At least 4 years of professional experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or OTC industry
- International experience through internships or studies desirable
- Very good conceptual as well as analytical skills and strong in presentations/storytelling
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Confident handling of operational and organizational complexity (e.g. in a matrix organization)
- Intercultural competence and outstanding communication skills
- Strong project management skills even in complex situations and under time pressure
- Fluency in German and English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
