What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive monthly forecasting, quarterly business planning, and annual budgeting processes with precision and strategic foresight.
Conduct in-depth variance analysis and translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
Spearhead automation and process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and enhance data accessibility.
Maintain consistency and accuracy of financial data across systems including SAP, BW, OneStream, and Power BI.
Lead financial planning and performance updates for assigned markets, ensuring accuracy and delivering strategic insights in collaboration with market finance teams.
Bring forward innovative ideas, tackle complex financial challenges, and drive system and process automation with a forward-thinking mindset.
Partner with key stakeholders such as Market BUF and Local Demand Planners to understand business drivers and support strategic initiatives.
Provide analytical support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives that shape the financial direction of the business.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting (CA or MBA preferred)
6–8 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the consumer health or FMCG sector.
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
Experience with OneStream, SAP, BW, Power BI is a must.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
