This position reports to Connected Experience Platform Architect and is based at Bangalore, India.

About the platform

The new Connected Experience Platform offers a unified solution for shared services, designed to scale and adapt to the diverse needs across multiple products within the enterprise. By eliminating silos, it consolidates tools and services under a one comprehensive framework, ensuring seamless maintainability and service continuity. Built on a component-based software architecture, the platform supports modular and reusable elements for both mobile and hybrid solutions. A robust backend infrastructure guarantees high performance, driving consistency across applications. This unified approach enhances collaboration, efficiency, and innovation throughout the organisation, delivering a cohesive and scalable solution for all products.

What you will do

As a Senior Full stack Engineer for Mobile, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions. Your role will involve writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern technologies such as React, React-Native, Node.js and databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB. Additionally, you will implement best practices for performance optimisation, security, and code quality, while also contributing to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies such as React, Node.js and PostgreSQL or mongoDB.
• Build and maintain scalable and secure backend services using microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure high code quality through best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards.
• Optimise application performance and scalability by implementing efficient data structures and algorithms.
• Implement robust authentication, authorisation, and security measures to protect user data and system integrity.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for improvements in development workflows.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience as a Full stack Engineer or Backend Engineer with strong Frontend experience.
• Good understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Proficiency in React, Contentful, TypeScript, Microservices, including building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Know design system: Storybook, integration between Design-Figma.
• Strong knowledge on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong grasp of security best practices and network infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with algorithm concepts and data structures to design efficient, high-performing systems.
