你会做什么

Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with APLT deliver the Yearly P&L Targets and objectives
  • In partnership with Global CD , develop and implement Kenvue Sales strategy and core CD capability to Markets, eg. RGM, TPM, JBP
  • Ensure Governance to Sales strategy & process
  • Manage the regional/global customer relationships
  • Lead Country market interventions to improve efficiency or performance of local operations.
  • Build GTM models that are aligned to trade needs and capturing latest shopper trends
  • Drive customer engagement and planning capability
  • Strengthen execution through “perfect store “
  • Deliver P&L efficiency through RGM programs
  • Build new CD capabilities to upgrade the CD function
  • Has oversight of all key accounts in Asia Pacific

Business challenges

  • Implement modern trade platform to drive business growth with a team that has limited experience with the model and lacks the required sophistication
  • Lead change initiatives to transform the business and change mindsets from a focus on sell in delivery to sell out
  • Build high-performing teams that combine people from market and regional structure in delivering strategy
  • Cooperate with Tech team to deploy the key CD management tools in every market with new AI enabled mindset
