完全现场What you will do
The Sr. Project Engineer will be responsible for leading and approving the design, selection, testing, installation and qualification of moderately complex equipment and associated systems for the Kenvue Manufacturing Facility. This person will be responsible for developing project scope, user requirements, time-lines and budgets, qualification plans, creating and approving equipment and systems specifications and documentation to meet current company, corporate and government requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of complex cross-functional engineering projects by integrating innovative design principles, advanced project management techniques, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and customer requirements.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve cutting-edge engineering processes and standards that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve project outcomes while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including internal departments and external contractors, to conceptualize, prototype, and deliver novel engineering solutions that address complex technical challenges and promote innovation.
- Mentor and provide professional development guidance to engineering team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, creativity, technical excellence, skill diversification, and career growth within project teams.
- Utilize data-driven insights and conduct advanced research and analysis on emerging technologies to anticipate project risks, evaluate technology integration potential, and devise proactive risk assessment and mitigation strategies across all project phases.
- Drive sustainability initiatives within projects by incorporating eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient designs, and promoting environmentally responsible engineering practices.
- Establish and monitor engineering performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet or exceed business goals.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation to support project implementation, knowledge sharing, and effective communication among stakeholders.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- 4-6 years of progressively responsible engineering experience.
Understanding and familiarity with equipment used in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, specifically wet and
fluid bed granulation, solid-dose compression, cosmetic coating, and printing
Understanding and familiarity with equipment used in pharmaceutical packaging processes, specifically solids and
liquids filling, capping, induction sealing, labeling, and end of line integration
Proficiency with computer-based programs including email, word processing and presentations.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget - project management skills.
Must be self-motivated to work with minimal supervision.
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Quality Improvement Process (QIP), and Validation and
Process Excellence strategies in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is required.
Familiarity with automation and controls systems would be an asset
Experience and familiarity with Facility construction projects would be an asset
Exposure to mechanical and electrical AUTOCAD
What’s in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$72,000.00 - $116,150.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
