Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent access strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment execution from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Stay up to date with market intelligence, diversity sourcing, industry trends and innovative recruitment techniques to attract top talent.
- Conduct proactive talent pipeline development to ensure a large and diverse candidate pool.
- Ensure administrative procedures are accurate and performed in a timely manner to support the recruitment process and contribute to operational excellence.
- Create and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and job boards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent access team.
