混合你会做什么
- Manage the recruitment execution from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Design and deliver engaging presentations to promote the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
- Participate in recruitment and selection projects and recommend changes to the process to increase the attraction and retention of highly qualified applicants.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results in a cooperative and supportive manner.
What We Are Looking For
- 3 ~ 6 years of experience in talent acquisition. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a fast-paced environment and delivering consistent results.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to tackle complex challenges.
