What you will do
You will support technical activities related to the development and optimization of cosmetic manufacturing processes, gaining hands-on experience in laboratory and pilot-scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute laboratory and pilot-scale batches to support product development and process optimization.
- Design and improve mixing processes for liquid cosmetic products, including cost-reduction projects at the manufacturing site level.
- Assist with product transfers between production sites.
- Provide technical support for plant operations, including investigations and troubleshooting.
- Participate in projects aimed at reducing cleaning events through targeted testing (e.g., olfactory and visual/appearance tests).
- Perform basic statistical data analysis and accelerated stability testing.
- Prepare technical documentation, including evaluations and stability reports.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (or currently enrolled in such program with a focus in Cosmetics).
- Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in laboratory or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of cosmetic formulation processes.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools.
