The Account Manager, SID Team is responsible for [Detailing activities for Selfcare Brands (3 OTC brands in Selfcare BU) mainly to pharmacies in the metropolitan area, based on the process and results of the work, we will create a model to increase Healthcare Professionals’ scientific knowledge and product recommendation of Kenvue Selfcare brands. Through qualified detailing activities and scientific seminars, Kenvue SID team will develop strong HCP engagement and increase product recommendation from HCP for Kenvue Selfcare’s long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Maximize qualified product detailing and in-store merchandising activities in pharmacies
· Develop key speaker group of HCP based on best practice case development and enhancing science knowledge sharing
· Conduct product seminars with HCP with key accounts and regional pharmacy group and pharmacists association
· Lead pharmacists congress and academic events
· Maximize brand communications and campaign execution and exposure at major accounts working with commercial team closely
· Lead Perfect Pharmacy Execution Project
· Support for Science Marketing activities & Consumer Research
· Participate product detailing program development with Selfcare Science
Marketing manager aligned with brand plan & HCP engagement plan

1. Science Information Detailing
· 약국에서의 심층 디테일링: 질환, 최신 치료 가이드, 치료 옵션, 임상 레퍼런스 및 자사 제품 정보 전달
· 심포지엄, 세미나 등 학술 활동을 기획·지원 또는 직접 진행을 통한 약국내 브랜드 인지도 및 분포 개선
· 환자에 대한 이해 및 복약지도용 환자 교육 물품 지원을 통한 Kenvue 브랜드 인지도 및 제품 추천 강화
· 중·장기 브랜드 전략에 기반한 HCP관계 강화를 통한 지속적인 매출 성장 및 우선 추천 구조 확보
2.Perfect Pharmacy Managing
· Perfect Pharmacy 실행을 주도하여 [전략 제품 분포, 브랜드 가시성, 심층 디테일링] KPI 관리
· 담당 지역 내 매출 (KPI) 달성을 위한 판매 활동 계획 수립 및 실행 현황을 관리하고 성과 개선 액션을 도출
· 거래처별 판매 데이터(매출, 성장률, 제품 믹스, 프로모션 반응) 분석을 통해 실행 전략 최적화
· 본사 세일즈·마케팅 전략에 기반한 프로모션, 캠페인 및 신제품 출시 실행
· CRM 시스템을 활용한 방문 계획 수립, 실행 기록 및 KPI 관리
성과 지표 (Performance Indicators)
· 담당 지역 약국 매출 성장률 및 매출 목표 달성율
· 핵심 거래처 커버리지 및 방문 실행률
· 세미나 진행률, 심포지엄 참여도
· Perfect Pharmacy 실행 점수 [ 제품 분포율, 브랜드 가시성, 디테일링 수행 ]
· 심층 디테일링 역량 평가
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
· +1~ 3 years sales or marketing or training or medical information experience in OTC or ETC sector at Pharma or Healthcare company
· Preferred direct pharmacy sales experience
Desired Qualifications
· Basic understanding of business development & marketing
· Major relating with Biology/Chemical/Physiology & Pharmacology preferred
· Good communication & negotiation skill
· Good inter-personal relationship
· Proactive & positive & innovative mind
· English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
· MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word) proficiency
