The AIOPS Automation Intern is responsible for assisting in analyzing, designing, and implementing software automation solutions while providing basic technical support and troubleshooting. You will contribute to system enhancements, support application development, and help maintain software configurations to improve business processes through automation technology:

**Key Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support automated AIOps solutions that enhance IT operations efficiency.

• Analyze system data, logs, and application performance to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for proactive incident detection and resolution.

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot scripts, tools, and automation workflows to optimize routine monitoring, operational tasks, and business processes.

• Assist in the integration of machine learning models and automation tools within existing IT infrastructure to predict and prevent system outages or performance degradation.

• Provide technical support for information management applications, including data networking, database design, system security, and network maintenance using standard diagnostic tools.

• Document automation workflows, application designs, project plans, and code to maintain clear records for ongoing development, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with teams to innovate new approaches and implement application upgrades, enhancements, and modifications based on end-user requirements.

• Conduct basic testing and evaluation of IT hardware and software to ensure compatibility with automation workflows.

**Required Qualifications**

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of related experience in IT operations, automation, or software development.

• Basic understanding of programming, systems design, and software development lifecycle.

• Basic understanding of IT operations, monitoring tools, and cloud infrastructure concepts.

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to create automation scripts.

• Ability to read and interpret computer logic flowcharts and technical documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate within technical teams, document automation processes, and support end-users.

**Desired Qualifications**

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends that inform automation strategies.

• Eagerness to learn emerging AIOps technologies and contribute fresh ideas to enhance operational workflows.

• Familiarity with IT hardware and software installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
