Lead NPD KOL Social Seeding Plan:
- Develop and execute the KOL social seeding plan for platforms like LRB and Tiktok according to the allocated budget.
- Track seeding performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead the communication from brand to channel to ensure that the seeding plan helps drive business results.
Support Motrin NPD Launch Readiness:
- Manage core assets for the launch, including campaigns and selling stories.
- Lead communication with both internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure compliance and smooth execution of the launch.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a multinational company.
- Experience in the health and wellness, OTC, baby care, or related categories is preferred.
- Prior experience with brand marketing (brand campaigns) and social seeding is highly desirable.
- Experience in new product development is a plus.
Leadership & Skills:
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- High learning agility and capability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
