The Associate Manager Learning and Development is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective training processes and programs for Kenvue’s Consumer Care organization. They consult with global teams, regional management, employees, and external vendors to identify training needs. They develop recommendations for new training programs and propose improvements to existing training processes, materials and technologies. They ensure the Consumer Care organization is informed of new company information, enterprise system changes, and the Kenvue Learning Management system. The Associate Manager supervises and develops assigned personnel, and provides oversight and guidance on their daily activities. This position may be based in Colombia or Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
· Program Design & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement innovative and comprehensive training and learning programs that foster continuous professional growth and align organizational goals and workforce development needs.
· Team Leadership: Lead and manage a dynamic team of training and learning professionals, providing mentorship and coaching to elevate instructional design quality, promote leadership, and cultivate a culture of accountability and professional development.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management and diverse teams to identify skill gaps, tailor personalized training solutions, and co-create learning strategies that enhance employee performance. Actively participate as a member of the Kenvue Enterprise Learning Leaders Network.
· Innovative Learning Technologies: Drive initiatives to incorporate innovative learning technologies and methodologies, including gamification and immersive experiences, to enhance training delivery, engagement, and the overall learner experience.
· Effectiveness Evaluation: Oversee the evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of training effectiveness using data-driven measurement tools, learning impact metrics, and feedback mechanisms to iteratively enhance program effectiveness and learner engagement.
· Training Strategy Support: Support the training strategy and deployment for Consumer Care’s interaction platforms for contact management and social engagement, ensuring adherence to strict training requirements in all new documents, training impact assessments, and curriculums.
· Communication Strategy Development: Develop a communication strategy for upcoming learning initiatives, projects, or relevant news that impacts the Consumer Care community.
· Leadership Development: Champion leadership development programs to prepare high-potential employees for advanced roles within the organization.
What are we looking for
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 6-8 years of progressive experience in learning and development, including supervisory or managerial roles.
· They provide expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that support organizational objectives.
· Strong proficiency with digital tools including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and learning management systems.
· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, delegate tasks, and ensure follow-up.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
· Availability to travel in 10%.

· Strong foundation in adult learning theories.
· Proven ability to leverage innovative technologies such as AI-driven learning platforms, VR/AR, or mobile learning applications.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
· Strong analytical mindset with experience in utilizing learning analytics to drive strategic decisions.
· Demonstrated aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously while fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
· Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution, performance management, and maintaining thorough documentation.
· Leadership skills that inspire ownership, accountability, and motivation within diverse and cross-functional teams.
· Experience managing training initiatives across multiple product lines and diverse employee groups within a matrix organizational structure.
· Capacity to adapt to evolving business needs and integrate innovative training techniques and technologies.
