The Brand Manager of Innovation will build the innovation strategy for US Markets (including brands such as Band-Aid® Brand, Pepcid®, Imodium® and Neosporin®), develop a future pipeline for US the market, & execute current innovation pipeline projects. The Manager will work with a cross-functional team of R&D, supply chain, packaging engineering, design, and marketing leads.
Key Responsibilities
Develop an innovation strategy for the US market, ensuring that it delivers against the brand growth plans, positioning Brands to grow HHP and market share, while delivering Sales goals.
Leverage data-driven insights and emerging market trends to build compelling brand pipelines that differentiate Brands in a competitive landscape.
Collaborate closely with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute new product innovation projects.
Ensure plans meet customer and consumer needs, exceeding customer hurdle rates, elevating brand equity and driving market share growth.
Manage and optimize the innovation budget to maximize ROI.
Foster a culture of creativity, agility, and continuous improvement with cross-functional team.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in fast-paced environments.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative, engaging campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
Self Care or Essential Health experience.
Proven track record of leading successful brand innovation projects that resulted in measurable business growth and enhanced consumer engagement.
Exceptional strategic thinking skills combined with a creative mindset to develop disruptive marketing initiatives.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex market data and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt marketing strategies in a dynamic environment.
