This position reports into the Squad Leader CE and is based in Neuss, Germany.

What you will do

Key Responsibilities

• Support the squad leader in managing our brand across Central Europe
• Support brand strategy execution by driving cross-functional initiatives aligned with long-term growth plans and financial targets.
• Contribute to the develop and monitoring of annual business plans and programs that will improve consumer acceptance, market penetration and product profitability
• Own the implementation of consumer programs including product advertising, packaging and promotional activities, and optimizing their effectiveness
• Analyze marketing KPIs to identify growth drivers and plan strategic initiatives that enhance brand and business performance
• Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Customer & Shopper Activation, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Demand Planning to coordinate team activities/projects and attain short-long term sales and profit commitments
• Support the identification and recommendation of new business opportunities
• Support brand initiatives with strategic and key customers
• Coordinate Manage agency relations and support business partnerships

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and exhibit strong leadership skills
• Creative problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and find innovative solutions
• Proven track record of successfully managing brands in competitive markets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
• Exceptional project management skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in MSOffice for data analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey brand messaging to internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies
