你會做什麼

The Selfcare(OTC) brand manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive advertising and promotional plans, analyzing market trends, and overseeing product development feasibility projects:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for OTC brand products
  • Develop Brand Portfolio management for drive brand growth and market share
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities
  • Create compelling brand messaging and positioning to resonate with target audience
  • Lead market research initiatives and evaluate market activities
  • Identify market trends and consumer insights to inform brand strategy
  • Analyze key performance indicators and financial reports to inform decision-making
  • Forecast demand and contribute to sales forecast reviews for assigned product line
  • Supervise and evaluate the work of agencies in various areas
  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams(RA, Finance, Design, Data, etc)
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships and partnerships and effectively manage key opinion leader relationships in the healthcare industry

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in brand management or related field
  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing OTC brand products
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer behavior
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically in the context of business management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate leadership skills
  • Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced English and Korean language proficiency(Oral and written)
  • Proven track record of creativity in problem-solving and overcoming obstacles
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
