Kenvue is currently recruiting for: Channel Development Manager Health, Beauty & Hypersuper . This position reports into Associate Director Customer & Channel Development and is based at Jakarta head Office.

What You Will Do
Channel Development Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end channel strategy, strengthening in-store execution excellence, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across assigned channels. The role requires strong ownership in managing retail partners, optimizing execution at store level, and leveraging market insights to maximize business performance. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Strategy Development
- Develop and implement end-to-end channel strategies to achieve sales targets and drive sustainable market growth
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute channel-specific plans that strengthen revenue and brand presence
- Conduct regular business reviews with key channel partners to monitor performance, address gaps, and unlock growth opportunities
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify expansion opportunities within channels such as modern trade, general trade, and pharmacy
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize channel strategy and execution effectiveness
2. In-Store Excellence
- Own and drive in-store execution excellence across all retail outlets in assigned channels to ensure strong brand visibility and compliance
- Optimize product placement, shelf space, and visual merchandising in collaboration with retail partners
- Implement effective in-store promotional programs and capability-building initiatives for retail staff
- Ensure consistent product availability and high execution standards across stores
- Monitor compliance with brand guidelines, pricing, and promotional execution, and take corrective actions when needed
- Collect and analyse store-level insights including competitor activity and shopper behaviour to improve execution strategy
3. Revenue Growth Management
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and work with demand planner team for integrated business plan and set channel-specific targets in collaboration with the sales team
- Monitor sales performance at channel and store level, and implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement
- Drive initiatives to improve product availability, visibility, and sell-out performance across offline and online channels
- Support execution of trade programs to maximize revenue contribution per channel
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in channel management, sales, or key account roles within personal care, beauty, or FMCG industry
- Strong exposure to modern trade channels (Health and Beauty/Minimarket/Supermarket/Modern Cosmetic Store).
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving channel targets
- Strong experience in in-store execution, merchandising, and trade promotion implementation
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with retail partners
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate sales and store-level data into actionable insights
- Willingness to conduct frequent field visits and store execution monitoring
Preferred Skills
- Experience in personal care, beauty, or health & beauty FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of retail execution in Hyper super and pharmacy channels
- Experience in managing trade promotions and retail activation programs
- Ability to analyse sell-in and sell-out data for performance improvement
- Experience in sales forecasting, target setting, and demand planning
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (sales, marketing, trade marketing)
- Comfortable working in a highly field-driven and execution-intensive environment
This role is vital in driving the growth of the spike channel by building a robust distribution network, ensuring in-store excellence, and making sure that products are effectively positioned to reach the right markets.
