Customer Development Specialist

This position reports into Customer Development Channel manager and is based in Turkey.

Role reports to: Customer Development Channel Manager

Location: Istanbul, Turkey

Travel %: Nil

Pay: 23

What you will do

Key Responsibilities

•Managing pricing, promotion, profitability, market share in compliance with company goals

•Delivering KPI's in line with company strategies and prioritization for product launches as well as current portfolio (e.g MSL, Shelf Share , Coverage, Customer Store segmentation, Route/Visit compliance)

•Developing and executing yearly Trade Marketing plan based on company and category strategy within dedicated channel to maximize every customer’s potential

•Identifying region specific category/brand opportunities and growth levers, building plans and strategies to capture these opportunities and expedite growth with customers

•Managing event activations including extensive launch events and in store activities

•Closely monitoring competitive activities and take proactive measures

•Responsible for development, execution, and post evaluation of trade & in store activities (e.g. promo mechanics, execution standards)

Qualifications - External

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Fresh graduate or Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or internship in sales/trade marketing/customer development.
  • Excellent Communication skills and fluent in English language
  • Strong and confident communicator, able to articulate business requirements, collaborate with a diverse network of internal stakeholders and external providers
  • Well organized and focused.
