Job Title: Local Demand Planner – France
What you will do
Lead and participate in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process across a portfolio of brands.
Manage monthly sales forecasts (standard and promotional products) over a 24-month rolling horizon.
Collaborate with the Central Demand Planning team on statistical forecasting models and validation.
Work closely with Supply Planning to ensure product availability.
Partner with Master Data, Sales, Category Managers, and Trade Customization teams to support promotional operations.
Monitor brand performance through supply chain KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Bias, DOS, SLOB, UFR, etc.
Support business development and optimization projects in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
Propose improvements in execution, simplification, and automation of planning activities.
What we are looking for
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of professional experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Excel; experience with SAP, APO, BW, Anaplan, and Power BI is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders.
Fluent in English; comfortable working in an international environment.
