Digital Solutions Analyst

This position is led by the Digital & Analytics Manager for Latam, within Supply Chain Excellence structure, and is based in São José dos Campos.

The Digital Solutions Analyst is a multifunctional and autonomous professional responsible for managing digital demands end-to-end, through the management and execution of the regional portfolio of analytical solutions to meet the needs of different planning areas (demand, production, materials, etc.) – from identifying and understanding the business need to delivering the solution, ensuring quality, scalability, and impact. They will also collaborate with the implementation of the portfolio of analytical solutions developed by global teams.

Main responsibilities

• Interact with business stakeholders to understand needs and processes
• Analyze data and business context
• Design the most appropriate digital solution (BI, data source, applications, automation, etc.)
• Build and deliver the solution
• Document and ensure the maintainability of the solution
• Facilitate and/or validate the implementation of global analytical solutions in Latin America

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:

• Higher education degree in areas such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields
• Execution of projects in Agile framework
• Proven experience in optimizing and executing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
• Experience with cloud computing tools and defining solution architecture
• Solid experience in data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, integrity, completeness, and timeliness of information
• Proficiency in designing processes to evaluate the best technical solution
• Skill in analytics, focusing on creating reports and dashboards that support decision-making
• Ability to conduct training and demonstrations of solutions in Portuguese and English
• Conduct presentations in both languages

Desired Qualifications:

• Essential knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL
• Desirable knowledge of Databricks, Snowflakes, Python/R, APIs, Knime
• Advanced English is a requirement; Spanish is a plus
• Integrated vision: business + data + technology
