EMEA-LATAM Communications, Senior Manager

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

What You Will Do 

This role reports to the VP Corporate Affairs EMEA-LATAM and is responsible for both internal communications across EMEA-LATAM and supporting communications for senior leaders, including the Group President EMEA-LATAM.

This role is critical for enhancing employee experience and business awareness through effective communication strategies, fostering collaboration, and enabling our teams to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be business-focused, proactive and agile with a passion for driving engaging and impactful, innovative communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications plans for EMEA-LATAM that ensure employees are informed, engaged, and equipped to execute business strategy.

  • Lead change communications for critical EMEA-LATAM business initiatives and transformations.

  • Plan and manage creative, impactful communications across written, digital, and live formats.

  • Support internal communications for the Group President EMEA-LATAM as well as preparing LinkedIn content.

  • Provide communications guidance to senior leaders across EMEA-LATAM in support of business critical priorities.

  • Lead or co-lead EMEA-LATAM leadership events including the annual EMEA-LATAM Commercial Leaders Conference.

  • Lead key regional employee events including regional townhalls.

  • Be an active member of the Global Employee Engagement Center of Excellence to shape global content and initiatives for the region.

  • Generate and leverage key insights from audience research to continuously refine and improve internal communications.

  • Track KPIs to monitor performance.

What We Are Looking For

Position Requirements

  • Strategic thinker with a strong bias to action - able to envision solutions, develop sound strategies, and activate tactical plans and related processes.

  • Strong project management, planning and organizational skills, delivering multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proven success in supporting senior leader communications internally and externally.

  • Track record of influence, great instinct and decision making.

  • Natural collaborator who excels in relationship building, stakeholder management and teamwork. Ability to work with cross-functional, geographically, and culturally diverse teams

  • Solid understanding of internal communications ecosystems and track record creating successful integrated employee comms programmes.

  • Expert storyteller and clear communicator (proficiency in English).

  • Exceptional communication (oral and written), interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills are required
