Role reports to: Head of KSA, dotted to GCC Head of Execution Excellence

Location: KSA

Travel %: 20%

What you will do

The Execution Excellence Manager is responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive brand growth, enhance consumer engagement, and maximize sales within the retail environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the ever-evolving landscape of the category in region/country.

Key Responsibilities

Category:

  • Incorporate category insights and learnings into KSA plans, rolling out and tracking Category Management solutions
  • Analysis of category data –Nielsen and STT per brand and EPOS customer analysis to identify opportunities & develop Execution plans to drive OKRS: Sales, Market Share, Share of TDP & Perfect Store Metrics.
  • Prepare & present Category Country reviews in GCC Performance Review

Customers:

  • To work in partnership with key customers & Distributor KAMs
  • Project Management of Customer Category Initiatives through the execution
  • To clearly define a role and way of working using a clear contact strategy collaboratively with Kenvue Cross-functional leads

In-store / shopper-facing:

  • In conjunction with the GCC Shopper, Commercial team &Distributor partners, leads execution of regional guidelines ensuring Presence, Prominence & Perfect Store Metrics are achieving target
  • Develop & ensure the implementation of regional activity calendar on Tiered activations tied to local country media and marketing strategy.
  • Ensure the implementation of any direct to shopper/consumer communications in- store
  • Lead Distributor partners to deliver Execution Excellence of perfect store guidelines
  • Deliver in-store POP Innovation projects with customers
  • Deliver brand key account and national promotions plan and measurement

Business Planning & Promotions

  • Support development of GCC annual BP in line with RAMET plans and guidelines.
  • Ensure promotional volumes are adequately forecasted through S&OP, costed appropriately and tracked by Country.
  • Ensure promotions are analysed, and monthly trackers of promo adherence and closeout reports are implemented in each distributor.
  • Manage promotor scheduling, training and execution, including making selling tools readily available (leaflets, samples, testers)

Category Insight:

  • Deliver new shopper insight-based actions that deliver against customer and Kenvue brand growth objectives
  • Capture local market insights & requirements to ensure relevance for local consumers/customers

Brand:

  • Input Category & in-store thinking into major NPI launch plans around the POP drivers, e.g. Ranging, Display, In-store shopper communication.
  • Lead regional Brand Activation Reviews with Commercial & Distributor Partners (KAMs) to ensure National Plan execution
  • Ensure tailored Perfect Store Guidelines & Promotional strategy is executed accordingly to plan & target.
  • Measure promotional performance delivers optimal impact on OKRs.

Budget Management

  • Monitor and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve objectives.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead the Brand Activation Manager/Trade marketing team who are embedded within distributors, ensuring a productive and collaborative relationship with the RAMET cluster partners.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or a related role within the consumer goods or health industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful shopper marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies is a plus.
  • Arabic Language is a plus.
