Kenvue is seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Media US to spearhead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our paid media investments across national, retail, and shopper marketing channels. This role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, demand generation, and conversion through a comprehensive media strategy. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in omni-channel media, performance marketing, and retail media networks (RMNs), alongside strong leadership skills to elevate our media impact nationally. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Media Strategy & Leadership 

  • Develop and lead the end-to-end paid media strategy across national, local, and retail channels, ensuring alignment with Kenvue's brand, commercial, and retailer objectives. 

  • Serve as the enterprise-wide subject matter expert on national and retail media trends, technology, and innovation. 

  • Create integrated media plans that effectively blend brand equity building with performance-driven retail and shopper activations. 

Retail Media & Customer Collaboration 

  • Collaborate closely with key retailers (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, CVS) and internal sales teams to devise joint media strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive conversion. 

  • Optimize investments across retailer media networks (RMNs), ensuring measurable ROI and data-driven decision-making. 

  • Develop long-term retail media roadmaps and test-and-learn agendas to continually improve media effectiveness. 

Cross-functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with brand marketing, eCommerce, shopper marketing, analytics, and creative teams to deliver full-funnel campaigns that drive brand and business impact. 

  • Work alongside finance and commercial leads to manage budgets, forecast performance, and achieve ROI targets. 

Agency & Vendor Management 

  • Lead relationships with media agencies and technology partners, ensuring excellence in media planning, execution, measurement, and innovation. 

  • Oversee agency performance and continuously assess new partners, tools, and platforms to enhance media outcomes. 

Analytics & Measurement 

  • Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks across all media programs to ensure accountability and drive performance improvements. 

  • Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) insights, and retailer-provided data. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 12+ years of experience in media strategy and execution, with significant experience in retail media, shopper marketing, or eCommerce. 

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale media campaigns that deliver strong business results. 

  • Deep knowledge of national and retail media platforms, including programmatic, paid social, search, connected TV (CTV), and in-store media. 

  • Demonstrated experience managing agency relationships and large media budgets effectively. 

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and drive change. 

  • Data-driven mindset with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, or related industries. 

  • Familiarity with clean rooms, first-party/third-party data strategies, and RMN measurement frameworks. 

  • MBA or advanced degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
