Position Title: Lead Analyst, Benefits Operations

Region: ASPAC

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Benefits Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Benefits Operations team in the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless delivery of our benefits programs while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations Support: Provide comprehensive benefits operations support on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the effective implementation and delivery of benefits in alignment with company policies and programs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE) and third-party vendors to drive product enhancements and adapt to service changes, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and effective.
  • Project Management: Independently manage day-to-day tasks, initiatives, and projects, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize management control reports to assess service delivery standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions to meet or exceed targets.
  • Major Project Support: Play an essential role in supporting significant organizational projects such as acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring as they relate to benefits programs and processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with internal business partners and third-party vendors to ensure that quality control objectives are met, maintaining high standards for our benefits operations.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for enhancement, driving efficiencies and optimizing service delivery.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure all activities are thoroughly documented in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Technical Infrastructure Support: Work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to support technical infrastructure testing, data interfaces, and execution of testing strategies for plan changes and reporting.
  • HR Support: Assist with additional HR-related requests and processes throughout the employee lifecycle, focusing on areas such as employee data management, compensation and benefits, recruiting, and onboarding, all in line with global HR policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Benefits or HR/Business Operations.
  • Solid understanding of the benefits outsourcing industry.
  • Fluency in English is a must; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Culturally sensitive with a strong drive for results and a sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with outstanding teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong research and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Global project experience is preferred, including familiarity with project plans, status reports, communication plans, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, ServiceNow, and reporting tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams, leveraging people analytics and reporting techniques to solve complex problems.
