Role reports to: Senior Manager, Enterprise Data & Analytics Products

What you will do

The Manager, Enterprise Data & Analytics Products is responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement and maintenance of information management systems, managing project design and delivery, and driving technology initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. You will monitor performance metrics, collaborate with vendors, and provide regular updates to leadership and business partners:

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage Product and Engineering Teams: Spearhead the design, deployment, and continuous operation of cutting-edge enterprise Data & Analytics products targeting one or more of Kenvue Operations/Supply Chain, Finance or Legal/Human Resources functional areas that drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

·       Cross Functional Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to innovate, design, develop, and deliver scalable data and analytics solutions that integrate seamlessly with evolving business needs and emerging technologies while meeting organizational requirements and strategic goals.

·       Stakeholder Engagement: Champion a data-driven culture by translating complex analytics into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders across the organization and prepare comprehensive status and progress reports to facilitate informed decision-making.

·       Strategy Development & Execution: In collaboration with business leaders, develop and implement forward-thinking product roadmaps and innovative technology platforms that anticipate market trends, leverage advanced analytics capabilities, and improve operational efficiency.

·       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between data scientists, engineers, business leaders, suppliers, and vendors to co-create impactful analytics products and assess software, hardware, and services that align with enterprise data and analytics business objectives.

·       Measuring & Tracking Success: Oversee continuous improvement of data governance, quality, security standards, and IT performance metrics to ensure robust, reliable analytics platforms and drive value addition and process improvements across the enterprise.

·       Driving Efficiencies: Identify, evaluate, and initiate new projects aimed at increasing productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing data management capabilities.

·       Delivering Business Commitments: Secure and allocate necessary quality resources and personnel, to ensure successful roadmap execution and system enhancements.

·       Mentoring & Team Leadership: Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team, encouraging creative problem-solving and professional growth within the analytics domain.

·       Portfolio Planning & Management: Contribute actively to business planning and strategy development related to data and analytics data product management.

 

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.

·      9 to 12 years of progressive experience managing enterprise data, analytics product lifecycles preferably leveraging one or more of Azure, Databricks, Snowflake or any other enterprise analytics platform within a complex enterprise environment.

·       Proven expertise in managing end-to-end delivery of data analytics products leveraging cloud platforms.

·       Strong knowledge of information management systems, network operations, and telecommunications.

·       Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate across business and technical teams.

 

Desired Qualifications

·       Exceptional ability to blend technical expertise with strategic vision to create analytics products that transform business outcomes.

·       Strong leadership skills with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex data challenges and product development cycles.

·       Proficiency in modern data architectures, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML to drive product innovation.

·       Understanding of implementing MLOPs framework and understanding of data security implementations across Data Products or AI/ML models.

·       Good working knowledge of Agile principles and processes is preferred

·       Excellent team and stakeholder communication capability and escalation management skills

·       Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.

·       Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with established policies.

·       Demonstrated ability to analyze IT performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

·       Experience in vendor management, including evaluation, negotiation, and procurement of technology products and services.

·       A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in enterprise analytics solutions.
