Location: Prague - Hybrid

Travel %: 5% [once per quarter]

What you will do

The Marketing and Sales Assistant - Dutch Speaker will be responsible for supporting local organization from Marketing and Sales perspective. Providing a high standard of communication with business partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

1.          Customer Marketing

Coordinate the execution of the Customer Activation plan X-channel

1. National activity plan: B&M + Key Account activity plan

a. Get the big picture & collect all info from CSA Lead & TFT stakeholders on execution of all Materials (POS & Detailing) to be ready in time

2. Key Account/Groupings Activation

a. Execution of KA plans: sending all necessary creative assets to KA

b. Compliance: Follow-up the implementation by leading the customer HCC evidence process from briefing to HCC reporting

Deliver brilliant execution in pharmacies of the B&M activation plan

3.Brilliant execution

  • Follow-up on print & delivery of POS materials
  • Organize the POS deliveries per sales cycle towards our field sales reps
  • Manage POS stock at external warehouse
  • Manage Ipad documentation for field team (detail-aid, leaflets,…)

4. Tracking of Brilliant execution - Perfect Store Tracking

  • Weekly download of customer visuals (in customer tool)
  • Follow up of Fast Team & merchandising waves
  • Catman analyse/visibility on shelf for all products
  • Analyze rep surveys & pictures in CRM system MIT & make recommendations on the available data

5. Coordinate the execution of educational events

  • Lead the organization (ex agenda tool, contacts with reps/KOL, contact HCPs lunch deliveries, certificates …)
  • Follow-up CO-meter activation in pharmacies (CO-meter logistics, contracts ICD, Planning tool,…)
  • Delivering the necessary materials
  • Design personalized POS materials for CO-meter activations
  • Coordinate delivery of materials towards HCPs (via professional channel & PGA)
  • Sales support

Enhance sales efficiency through the strategic management of dashboards and tracking tools.

  • Coordinate annual events for pharma customers within TIPPS, complemented by monthly assessments.
  • Generate sales reports.
  • Conduct quarterly assessment of the returned products, ensuring consistency with credit notes.
  • Maintain the pharma price tracker.
  • Refresh and update the pharmacy listing.

Specific requirements

  • Individuals in this role are expected to be structured with a focus on detail. High levels of discipline with organizational skill are preferred. Analytical skills welcomed.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical skills: MS Office
  • Office skills: Excel, Outlook
  • English + Dutch fluent are a must
  • Knowledge of French would be a plus
  • Professional skills: Ability to make quick decisions; Perform efficiently and effectively; Deal with multi-source of information Demonstrate proficiency in written and oral communications.
