你會做什麼

The Media Excellence Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of integrated media and content strategies to maximize audience engagement, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. This role will be implementing and optimizing media campaigns across various platforms and will focus on activation, monitoring, and performance analysis to ensure effective media deployment and maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Audience Strategy by gathering insights, identifying category drivers, and defining Category Entry Points (CEPs) and buyer personas for effective activation.

  • Optimize media investments to maximize reach and ROI across states, markets, and channels

  • Implement full funnel execution across TV, Digital, Influencers, E-commerce, Total Search (SEM, SEO, Retail, AI), and leverage platform-native opportunities.

  • Monitor campaign performance against planned metrics, including reach, impressions, engagement, and ROI.

  • Continuously optimize campaigns by identifying improvement areas and adjusting targeting, creative, or placements and ensure the deployment of media on the highest-performing assets for maximum efficiency

  • Prepare detailed reports with insights and actionable recommendations to inform future strategies.

  • Track and analyze influencer performance metrics to optimize ROI and improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Supervise media buying processes and negotiate value-added deals to drive Working Media (WM) efficiency.

  • Lead "Win @Ecom" initiatives by integrating offsite support with onsite execution to strengthen the performance model.

  • Oversee end-to-end process management, including planning policies, execution guardrails, SLAs,SOPs, and Ways of Working (WoW) between brand teams and agency partners
