MRP Planner

This position reports to the Material Supply Manager and is based at our site in Stattena, Helsingborg.

What you will do 

We are looking for a dedicated and engaged Material Planner to join our dynamic team responsible for the planning and buying of raw materials and packaging components for our Nicorette & Rhinocort products. Your contributions will be vital to the growth and success of our brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating the plan to the different suppliers within the agreed lead times
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and plan procurement needs
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands.
• Work closely with colleagues across various countries to share insights and best practices.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives within the procurement process
• Resolution of material supply challenges
• Tracks and reports site level supplier service performance communicating to the relevant parties
• Support NPI/NPD initiatives by ensuring a proper introduction of the new suppliers and correct management of the Materials phase in / phase out.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Education:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3+ years’ experience in planning, procurement, manufacturing, or scheduling
• End to End Supply Chain Understanding
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Language: Swedish and English
• Operational experience with ERP systems ( Movex, SAP etc)
