Supply Chain Performance Analyst


This position reports to the Global Integrated Performance Management Lead

The Supply Chain Performance Analyst will be responsible for driving data-led performance management, optimizing supply chain processes, and supporting regional OTIF-D (Service) process governance. You will play a key role in utilizing analytics tools and dashboards to drive insights and enable operational excellence across the Consumer Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data visualization and analytics tools (KNIME, Power BI, SQL) to gather, analyse, and interpret business data and supply chain performance metrics.

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain tools and dashboards to support Integrated Performance Management and OKR metric reporting.

  • Use advanced analytics techniques to predict and project performance trends, enabling proactive supply chain management.

  • Drive process optimization in performance, inventory, and SLOB (Slow Moving & Obsolete) management workflows.

  • Support governance of regional OTIF-D (On Time In Full – Delivered) processes in collaboration with regional and market stakeholders.

  • Design comprehensive Power BI dashboards and reports for inventory and supply chain performance insights.

  • Partner with the DTO team to automate performance tracking processes and enhance visibility.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analytics and operations with strong understanding of supply chain processes.

  • Strong proficiency in KNIME, Power BI, Databricks, and SQL.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Experience working in a global team environment across cultures and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-graduate degree in Supply Chain Management or Data Science.

  • Knowledge of inventory management, OTIF-D metrics, and demand forecasting.

  • Familiarity with SAP-APO or similar enterprise supply chain systems.

  • Experience with performance governance frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies.
