This position reports to Associate Director, GCAM and is based in Sao Paolo, Brazil

Role reports to: Associate Director, Local Pharmacovigilance, Global Consumer Engagement Activity Management (GCAM)
Location: Sao Paolo, Brazil
What you will do
The Associate Manager, Global Consumer Engagement Activity Management (GCAM) is responsible for coordinating the safety data management process for company sponsored market research, consumer feedback and digital activities performed globally to ensure compliance with applicable pharmacovigilance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordination, collection, review and approval of program materials from Consumer Engagement activities and compliance related activities
- Responsible for day to day oversight of internal direct reports and vendor
- Responsible for oversight of AE/PQC/SS training process for external third party suppliers
- Track quality and compliance metrics related to safety data management process
- Develop SOPs, work instructions and training materials pertaining to oversight of pharmacovigilance activities for company sponsored consumer engagement activities
- Support Health Authority inspection/internal audit readiness activities and CAPA related investigations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline systems and processes to ensure pharmacovigilance requirements are met.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Education: Qualification in Medical/Health Sciences and/or proven equivalent experience in pharmacovigilance and safety issue management
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
- Computer literate with knowledge of relevant IT safety database systems
- Fluent in English, proficiency in any additional language is a plus
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships within a global organization and with external vendors
- Ability to organize workflow activities and manage multiple critical issues
- Expert knowledge of global, regional and local procedural documents as applicable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
