This position reports into EMEA Q&C Digital Lead and is based at France / Italy / Germany.

What you will do

The Process Digitization Specialist is responsible for participating in the assessment and redesign of the quality release process for the Quality Forward Review by Exception (RBE) project. The goal of this project is to design a compliant release process leveraging the future-state system ecosystem, comprising LIMS, SAP, MES and Veeva etc to digitally enable the release of products from internal manufacturing sites. In the case of cosmetics, the release could be automatic, and in the case of pharma / over the counter products, the release would be review by exception basis.

This role will ensure that the processes leading up to release, and the release process itself are redesigned to be standardized as much as possible and are 100% compliant with all local/regional/global regulatory and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the digitization of processes by identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining of workflows within the future-state systems ecosystem

· Lead and design as much as possible, standard processes that contribute to the release of products from internal manufacturing sites

· Collaborate with cross-functional global, regional and local teams to gather requirements and develop processes that can be digitized using an integrated systems ecosystem

· Ensure that the redesigned processes are CSV and GxP compliant

· Lead the redesign of local processes to support standardization and

· Provide guidance and support to system project teams (LIMS, MES, SAP and Veeva) and local sites regarding User Requirement Specification (URS) generation to enable the goal of RBE

· Create plans and execute scheduled deliverables for process digitization as a pre-requisite to the RBE realization

· Assess business performance of current processes and support benefits definition of RBE

· Provide resource requirements, prioritization, and project recommendations for process digitization efforts

· Provide support and training to process owners for successful process digitization implementation

· Provide training and support to end users on the new digital RBE process

· Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including executive management, as needed for process digitization projects

· Monitor performance and ensure successful process digitization implementation over time

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

· 4-6 years of experience in process digitization or automation

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience working with process digitization tools and technologies

· Solid understanding of process digitization methodologies and best practices

Desired Qualifications

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Experience with process digitization frameworks and platforms

· Experience with process digitization project management

· Experience with process digitization quality assurance and control

· Experience with process digitization performance optimization

· Experience with process digitization lifecycle management
