This position reports into the Digital Capability Owner based in Bangalore, India.

What You Will Do
As a Product Owner at Kenvue you will play a pivotal role in leading the product development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to deliver exceptional products that meet and exceed customer expectations. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in product ownership, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including development teams, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Develop and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Drive the agile development process, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and validate product enhancements.
Communicate product updates and progress to internal teams and stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
11-15 Years of Product Management Experience.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful product launches.
In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and product development processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Experience with Strong SQL and JIRA.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
